Armen Hovhannisyan is the first!
Our CCNA 2 student Armen Hovhannisyan has won the national competition CIS 2011 CCNA NetRiders of Armenia.
Armen has got Flip Side HD 16GB + FlipShare TV, certificate of finalist and honor to introduce Armenia in International NetRiders. We belive that he will do his best
to win International NetRiders. Go Armen go! We also congratulate Ruzanna Zohrabyan, Hayk Galstyan and Garnik Simonyan, this three fellows from other academies also will participate to International NetRiders under our flag and Karen Garibyan who has took the second place of IT Essentials in Georgia.
New Cisco Packet Tracer 5.3.2 Release
A new version of Cisco Packet Tracer is also available for immediate use. Packet Tracer activities are included in the CCNA Discovery,
CCNA Exploration, and CCNA Security curricula to provide rich networking technology learning experiences. Packet Tracer version 5.3.2 supports
the security protocols needed for CCNA Security. More information and the version 5.2 software downloads are available on the
Packet Tracer resource page on Academy Connection. To access this page, log in to Academy Connection and click the Cisco Packet Tracer graphic on the left
of the page, then select the appropriate download package for your needs.
New CCNA Security Course
Cisco Networking Academy is pleased to announce general availability of the English version of the CCNA Security course. All course materials are available for immediate use on Academy Connection.
CCNA Security is designed for Networking Academy students seeking career-oriented, entry-level security specialist skills. Prospective students include IT professionals who want to enhance their core routing and switching skills and students enrolled in technology degree programs at institutions of higher education.
CCNA Security provides a next step for CCNA Discovery or CCNA Exploration students who want to expand their CCNA-level skill set to prepare for a career in networking security.
